Frequently Asked Questions

What AI models do you use for emote generation?

The editor uses Nano Banana Pro for static emotes and Kling 2.5 Turbo for animation. Choose your artwork, style and motion; the editor selects the model and shows the credit cost before you generate.

Do the emotes come with transparent backgrounds?

Yes! All our emotes are generated with transparent backgrounds, making them perfect for Twitch, Discord, and other platforms. No additional editing required.

What formats and sizes do you provide?

We automatically generate emotes in all platform-specific sizes (28x28, 56x56, 112x112 for Twitch, and Discord-optimized sizes). Static emotes come in PNG format with transparent backgrounds. Animated emotes are available in MP4, WebM, and GIF formats.

How does the credit system work?

A static emote costs 5 credits (6 when you add a reference image), and you see the exact cost before you generate. Animating an emote costs 35 credits for a 5-second clip or 70 for 10 seconds. Credits never expire and work for emotes, animations and channel branding.

Can I use the emotes commercially?

Yes! All emotes generated are yours to use commercially. You can sell them, use them for your brand, or monetize them however you'd like. Full commercial rights included.

What if I'm not satisfied with the generated emotes?

You can regenerate emotes as many times as needed with your credits. We also offer a professional editor with timeline controls, video trimming, and visual effects to fine-tune your emotes. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for subscription plans. For credit purchases, we provide satisfaction guarantees - contact support if you're not happy with your results.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period, and unused credits remain in your account.
